Preschool Teacher (PreK3 & PreK4)
Grade-Level Specific Responsibilities:
Preschool Teacher (PreK3 & PreK4)
Develop a play-based and faith-integrated curriculum fostering social-emotional growth.
Implement hands-on, exploratory activities that support early literacy and numeracy.
Create a nurturing, structured environment that promotes independence and cooperation.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and milestones.
Integrate religious education through Bible stories, prayer, and Catholic values.
Qualifications:
⚫︎ Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred for middle school).
⚫︎ Valid Hawaii Teaching License or ability to obtain one.
⚫︎ Practicing Catholic preferred; commitment to Catholic values and mission required.
⚫︎ Experience working with children in an educational setting.
⚫︎ Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
⚫︎ Knowledge of curriculum standards and best practices in instruction and assessment.
⚫︎ Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
