TEACHER POSITION

ST. PATRICK SCHOOL - TEACHER POSITION

Position Summary:
The St. Patrick School Teacher is committed to fostering a faith-filled, academically rigorous, and supportive learning environment in alignment with the teachings and values of the Roman Catholic Church. This position adheres to all personnel policies, regulations, and procedures set forth by the Diocese of Honolulu and those specific to St. Patrick School. 
Reporting To:
Reports directly to the Vice President & Principal and Vice Principal of the school and indirectly to the Pastor/President of the school. The Vice President & Principal reviews and approves decisions impacting educational programs, policy, long-range planning, curriculum, marketing, and public relations.

Preschool Teacher (PreK3 & PreK4)

Primary Grade Teacher (Grades 1-5)

Qualifications・Application Process

Qualifications:

⚫︎ Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s preferred for middle school).
⚫︎ Valid Hawaii Teaching License or ability to obtain one.
⚫︎ Practicing Catholic preferred; commitment to Catholic values and mission required.
⚫︎ Experience working with children in an educational setting.
⚫︎ Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
⚫︎ Knowledge of curriculum standards and best practices in instruction and assessment.
⚫︎ Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
